Before you read the following content, please understand one fact: NBL is a very pure Web3 game, and its design concept is more inclined to the direction of Play To Earn rather than the pure gameplay of Web2 games. Therefore, players in the game may need to pay more attention to: how to better match their own ships, equipment weapons, other NFTs, and the best way between consumption and income; rather than how to operate the keyboard and mouse more skillfully, and run, jump, attack, defend and other operations in the game.
Please open your Excel spreadsheet, record the various values in the game, observe and discover the mysteries between them, which will make your income more substantial.
In the following content, we will learn the basics of NBL! Contents include:
- Download the game and log in
- Introduction to Space Station
- Import NFTs, configure fleets, and load equipment
- Go! Heading to the universe
- Interstellar jump: from one planet to another
- Mining, obtaining essential material resources for upgrading and equipment manufacturing
- Fight pirates, seize equipment blueprints, and make NFTs
- Watch out, pirate base!
- Use of $NBL in the game
Download the game and log in
Go to the official homepage: https://nebularevelation.com/#/. There are 4 terminal program download icons arranged at the bottom right of the page. Just choose the one that suits your platform.

After unzipping/installing the game, launch the game. Taking Windows Desktop as an example, in the unzipped game folder, double-click the Nebula_R.exe file to launch the game.

After the game main interface is launched, first switch to your native language in the “Language” in the upper right corner, then fill in the invitation code in the input box above the “Log in” button and log in to the test server. Please consult the administrator or customer service staff in the official Telegram group to obtain the “invitation code”.
If you own a ship NFT, you will need to import the NFT on the Game Hub page of the official website (we will talk about this shortly), then generate a login code in the “Login Code” subpage and use it to log in to the official server.
Description of Space Station
Space Station is one of the key parts of the entire game. Players will complete important functions such as ship formation, equipment configuration, NFT casting, etc. in Space Station. Currently, Space Station contains seven functional areas, four of which have been unlocked and opened, namely:
Equipment Factory: The place responsible for casting equipment NFTs. Before casting, you need to have a blueprint of the equipment (usually it drops from a destroyed pirate fleet) and corresponding mineral resources (meteorites floating in outer space are rich in various resources).
Ship Equipment Library: Here you can see all the ships that the player has imported into the game.
Space Station Equipment Library: This displays all NFTs, resource packs, and various minerals imported by players.
Ship formation: Organize ships into a fleet to generate more powerful firepower and sweep across the universe.

Import NFT/$NBL, configure fleet and load equipment
We know that NBL has a total of four NFTs: Nebula Dragon, Badge, Ship, and Equipment. If you have them and want to use them in the game, you need to import them into the game from the official page first. The operation steps are: open the Game Hub page, enter the In Game Item subpage, and in the Deposit Page function area, import the corresponding NFT into the game. At the same time, you can also import $NBL into the game.
When we import NFTs such as ships and equipment into the game, we can configure and set them to form a powerful fleet. In the “Ship Formation” of the Space Station, up to 6 ships can be organized into a fleet. When the formation is completed, the total value of each attribute of the fleet can be seen on the left side of the interface. Remember: the first ship selected will become the flagship!

In a fleet, ships alone are far from enough. We need firepower, speed, defense, detection scanning, collection and other capabilities to survive in the vast universe. Therefore, enter the ship equipment library and add as many equipment as possible to each ship. Of course, equipment is also NFT, which players need to import on the official website.
Select the ship to be assembled on the left side of the interface, and the various properties of the ship will be displayed on the right. Click the “Assemble” button in the lower right corner to install the assembly.

In NBL, the most unique part will be presented to you: each ship has a unique slot system, and almost no two ships are exactly the same! The more slots you have, the more equipment you can accommodate, and the higher the final comprehensive value of the ship. For example, the ship in the picture below has the top number of slots! Some ships may be very unfortunate and have only a few slots.

When you click on a slot, the equipment will be displayed on the right side of the interface. In NBL, equipment also has a very special appearance. It is like Tetris, requiring players to change the direction of placement as much as possible in a limited space so that the slot can accommodate the equipment to the maximum extent.

Go! Heading to the universe
Deep in the vast universe, there are endless mineral resources, which are the materials we need to build equipment. We can get them by collecting ores. However, the ubiquitous interstellar pirates are our biggest threat, but no matter what, we must solve these problems head-on!
Click the “Explore” button in the lower right corner of the Space Station, and the fleet will immediately leave the base. The left side of the interface will display all the resources/pirate tables of the current planet. When you click one of them, you can view its drop situation and choose to fight (pirate) or collect (ore). Among them:
Combat: It is automatic and does not require player intervention, mainly targeting attacks from interstellar pirates;
Collection: If the collection value exceeds the “traction” and “collection” values required by the ore, you can start automatic collection without manual control, but you can only get 80% of the resources. If the value is not enough, you need to manually control the collection process.

Interstellar Hopping: From One Planet to Another
During the game, when we have collected all the resources of a planet, we need to jump to another planet or even a galaxy to find more resources. The name of the current galaxy is displayed in the upper right corner of the interface. Click it to open the nautical chart, and the planet or galaxy is displayed on the left. Click on any one, and the information board on the right will show its specific information. If it is a place that has been explored by us, you can directly click the “Travel To Planet” button to go there. However, please be sure to pay attention to the distance. The starship will consume fuel during the voyage, and fuel replenishment may consume $NBL tokens.

It is possible that we will find that a certain galaxy is in a locked state. At this time, we cannot go there directly and need to launch a detector. The launch of the detector requires a certain amount of $NBL tokens. In the galaxy information dashboard on the right, the data of unexplored galaxies cannot be displayed, and the “Launch Detector” button and the detection cost will be displayed.

Mining to obtain essential material resources for upgrading and equipment manufacturing
Mining is the main way to collect resources in NBL. There are some ores floating in the space near the planets of each galaxy. The ore can be divided into different ores such as carbon, titanium, cobalt, etc. according to the element content. Players need to choose the ore to be collected. Various materials can be collected from the ore, which will be consumed when the ship is upgraded and the equipment is made.
There are two ways to collect ore. One is automatic collection. The condition for triggering automatic collection is that the fleet’s “traction” value and “collection value” are greater than the requirements of the collected ore. The advantage of automatic collection is that the collection success rate is relatively higher than manual collection, but the disadvantage is that only 80% of the resources can be harvested. Manual collection can harvest 100% of the resources, but it requires players to have a certain degree of proficiency in operation and operate with both hands at the same time. It is necessary to ensure that the collection ray remains within the green circle of the ore and that the collector does not overheat. But don’t worry, with a little practice, you can do it perfectly!

Fight pirates, seize equipment blueprints, and create NFTs
Interstellar pirates are a group of combat-capable ships. They survive by armed robbery, but fortunately they will not actively attack passing ships. However, this does not prevent players from clearing them and bringing safety to the star field.
The battle with pirates is fully automatic, without player intervention. You only need to decide the target of attack and send the fleet to perform the mission. After defeating the pirates, precious equipment production drawings may be dropped. Carry the drawings into the equipment factory of the Space Station and use the resources to create NFT equipment! At the same time, badge NFT can also speed up the production process of equipment.

Watch out, pirate base!
When exploring in space, be careful of pirate base! Unless you have enough combat power, don’t try it lightly. The huge pirate base is equipped with sufficient firepower. When you launch an attack, all weapons and ammunition will pour down on your fleet. In fact, all the materials looted by pirates in the universe will be transported to the pirate bases, so although the requirements for attacking the pirate bases are relatively high, the rewards are also generous, and there is a higher probability of blueprint drops! In essence, the pirate base is a wild boss.

Use of $NBL in the game
$NBL tokens have multiple uses in the game, and the currently known uses are:
1. Repair ships and restore durability
2. Recharge fuel so that the ship can start sailing immediately
3. Pay for the cost of launching probes when exploring unknown galaxies
